1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoreStackAPI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CoreStackAPI provides REST API services including invoice data extraction, email verification, screenshot capture, OCR, phone validation, and other developer tools. Services are available via RapidAPI and direct subscription through Lemon Squeezy.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the API to process illegal content or violate applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell API responses as a competing service
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
- Use the service for any purpose that infringes third-party rights
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
6. Data and Privacy
Document images submitted for processing are not stored after the API response is returned. We do not retain, sell, or share your processed data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-extracted data should be verified before use in critical financial, legal, or compliance workflows.
8. Limitation of Liability
CoreStackAPI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
