- A critical API issue that prevents the intended use of the service, verified by our technical team
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error
In such cases, we will review the situation and, if approved, process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You purchase a subscription and later decide you no longer want or need the service
- You fail to use the service within your subscription period
- Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or configurations outside of our control
- Inaccurate extraction results on low-quality, blurry, or heavily distorted documents
We encourage you to use the free BASIC plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a paid plan.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused days within a billing cycle
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- The subscription will not renew after cancellation
4. Free Plan
The BASIC free plan is available on every API with no credit card required. We strongly recommend testing with the free plan before subscribing to a paid tier.

- The date of the charge
- A description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
